We expect our clients to come alone, not with children or friends/entourage. The waiting room is for clients or parents of our underaged clients.

There are NO children allowed at Wax Queen. During your treatment, we want to focus on our client and the end result. We want to prevent any accidents from happening while we are working. For this reason, children are NOT allowed. No exceptions!

The minimum age to get waxed at Wax Queen is 14+. If the child is under 16 we need a signature for consent from the parent . In this case the parent is welcome to wait in the studio.

We do not perform intimate wax treatments on our male clients. No exceptions!

If you are not able to make it to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked treatment.

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment twice, you are not able to make a new appointment. Please make sure you always notify us, even if you forgot the appointment or have an emergency!
